The location is great for exploring Hyde Park and nearby tube stations, but maintenance issues were noted in furniture and security aspects.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The room was much bigger than expected and clean, but the constant noise from the air conditioning vent was bothersome. The service was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel's location near Oxford Street and Hyde Park was convenient.
